Custom Illustration Revisions

Up to 4 revisions can be made to the initial sketch of your custom illustration (more revisions can be made at a $15 fee per additional revision). Please submit all revisions at once. Revisions cannot be made once the illustration is painted so please review your piece carefully. Be sure to double-check any words or names as well.


Returns for non-custom items

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will immediately be notified on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be initiated. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Lost or damaged items

You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days on non-custom  items. If your item was a custom order you will either be issued a replacement within 2 to 3 weeks.
